As a core re-manufacturing facility, New Core is unique in its ability to replicate original electric motor components.  Using equipment purchased from a variety of electric motor manufacturing facilities, New Core has the capacity to manufacture stator and rotor laminations as the factory did, one slot at a time.  We have a dozen punch presses in operation.  By manufacturing our own punch and die sets we can stamp your stator, rotor, or armature laminations in a cost-efficient way and avoid the high temperatures occasionally seen in laser-cut laminations.
